Straightforward, friendly service. That’s the principle of Turkish hospitality – and has been for centuries. Ocakbasi culture makes no distinctions: we all eat the same food from the same grill. Sharing an array of dishes with others is the Turkish tradition. Alternatively, you can simply mix and match to create your perfect meal. Our dishes are filled with carefully selected ingredients from suppliers we know – and, where possible, from organic sources. We unite warmth and openness with a love of good food. Because at Gül, we want to put food in your stomach and a little joy in your heart.
The weekend brunch at Gül has earned something of a reputation. It’s served on Saturdays and Sundays, and includes everything we think a good brunch needs: grilled peppers, delicious egg dishes, ekmeks, simits and pides fresh from our wood-fired oven, alongside kaymak (Turkish cream cheese), olives and homemade jam. And, of course, fresh seasonal fruit.
Served Saturday from 11 am to 1:30 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm

Gül can seat 88 people indoors (with an additional 64 seats outside in summer) and is available for family parties, corporate events or celebrations with friends.
